Christopher Vu Gandin Le is a father of two boys, a photographer, and a public health and hotline expert. Build Up Boys talks to Chris about suicide prevention, masculinity in the Asian American community, how to heal from generational trauma by getting right with yourself and rewriting the scripts of the past, and how to best support the mental and emotional health of our kiddos.
