Interview with Maurice Williams, CEO and Founder of Born With Purpose

After receiving a BA in Sociology from Morehouse College, Maurice returned to Philadelphia with unfaltering energy and a serious determination to love his city by mentoring young people. Maurice's commitment to community empowerment and individual/organizational transformation led Maurice to create Born with Purpose, an org designed to lead people to their purpose while inspiring others to do the same. Maurice teaches Mighty Brotherhood, an online class for boys ages 8 - 12, in which he models love for the boys and discusses all the ways they can express their authentic selves. In this interview, BUB speaks with Marice about the power of love and validation to make boys feel worthy to be who they are, not what the world tells them they are.
