Process Animal

I’ve been developing curricula professionally since my days at Sesame Street, a long time ago. You name it, I’ve probably developed curriculum around it. Sex, check. STEM, check. Writing, check. Trash, check. Sales, check. Emotional intelligence, check. You get the idea. During all these years I have developed a process that guides my curriculum development. Process fits me. I am a process-driven animal.

Kimmi is not. She is intuitive. She goes by feel, not by process. And it serves her very well.

The million dollar question is can a processor and an intuitive develop a program together without driving each other crazy?
